For the following I will speak of the books, I despise the movies...
I actually loved the whole Ron/Lavender thing, cause it showed both feelings and characters of Hermione and Ron that was not depicted before.
I loved also the evolution of Ginny.
Weirdly my "favorite" moment (besides the silver Doe, of course) is when they got away from malfoy's manor. I really think that JKR made a great job there. It's been maybe 10 years that I know that dobby's dead, but it get me every time I re-read it...

Moment: Prolly Malory manner because of how well it was written
Fact: Even though I kinda hate JK now, I thought it was pretty interesting that Hermione was kind of like a self interest, and Ron was based on her best friend. She only ever really considered them as a couple which Is interesting— most of the other shippers twist her words from her interviews and say she wanted a different couple to happen.
Character: 100% Ron which people will get so upset at me for saying. But I can write a whole BOOK about how much I like/relate to him and why if anyone has any doubts/ wants it
