I have never experienced this kind of level of period cramps bruh. Everything was good! I got a bit of blood, put on a pad (like usual) got back to bed and doomscrolled. Cramps started coming, thought it would be bearable! ...... Oh.. How wrong I was...
The cramps started getting worse, I tried to go back to sleep like I usually do (I raw dogged cramps for 4-5 years, I started taking alvedon the first time my cramps got so bad I threw up)
But of course I couldn't, so I got up and started searching for an alvedon on my room like the last time I saw it. I forgot didn't find it and then/than my vision started going black-ish and I knew I was gonna throw up so I started putting my hair up.
While I was going to the bathroom I was swaying and felt heavy, luckily I made it to the toilet! But nothing came fully up... I got a bit out bit mostly just spit, I tried calling for my brother cuz I knew he was home but I couldn't get him because my voice wasn't getting loud enough (hate when that happens.) I tried to get my breathing okay and was able to stop panting and got up to get my phone to call my dad, of course I went back to the bathroom just incase I was gonna throw up.
(Forgot to add that when I got up, I saw I was pale like a white sheet of paper with light pink lips.
I hated seeing that..)
I could have went to my brother but he was down stairs and my legs just felt so weak and I was just exhausted to even yell for him.
I called my dad but of course he didn't pick up, so I called my grandma hoping she could come, she couldn't cuz she just got home after a walk with her dogs and was gonna feed them and had other things to do. She was able to calm me down and get my breathing right again after me crying, I was laying on the floor, legs on the floor and having my chest on them. The cramps was bearable for now, but I knew it won't be like that for long, so I told her I was gonna call my brother. I told her I was gonna call her back and we hung up.
