As you can probably tell by all the rings and chipped paint but I like the look. “

            --   Kane offered a small smile to the woman ,  and he gave her a nod ,  replying ,  " It's nice to meet you ,  Dallas .  "  He then extended a hand out ,  adding ,  " Kane .  This is really all yours ?  "  It was a sweet and comforting library .  Something about libraries always made Kane feel safe and calm ,  as he would lose himself in some stories .  When she mentioned the tea and offered some ,  his brows raised slightly ,  " Oh  --  tea sounds great ,  thank you .  "  Another small smile flashed on his teeth ,  and he looked around a little more .  " This is a really nice library ,  --  it's very well kept too .  You must really care for it .  "

            “ i do! yes!” the woman nodded pulling a pencil from behind her ear as she shuffled over to introduce herself. “ the name is dallas. this is my library.” it wasn’t a huge library but she took good care of it. it was her pride and joy. every book, shelf, window plant was all looked after. it was interesting that he was waiting for someone. it made her curious. “ i was just about to make some tea. care for some?”

            —   kane chuckled a little ,  dropping his head momentarily as he took the compliment .  he’s heard quite a few people tell him ,  and he always thought it was sweet .  he looked at roger ,  with a beaming smile ,  another chuckle escaping his lips .  “ thanks ,  man .  i really do appreciate it .  “  he leaned back into his seat ,  placing his arms on the rests .  “ i ,  uh ,  —  i just use shampoo and conditioner ,  man .  not too rough with it .  “  he stated ,  nodding .  “ i got tons of them ,  if you wanna try ‘em .  “
