I just wanna take a minute to ask you all to find one thing in your life that you are grateful for. And if it's a person, then go talk to them and thank them. If you have an issue, resolve it with someone. Speak kindly to someone today.
With everything going on in Palestine, Sudan, and Congo, we need to recognize our privileges to be able to be safe, and comfortable. Even if we don't have a lot. If you're seeing what I see on my feed, with the graphic images of history being denied before your very eyes, then your problems start to feel a lot smaller.
This isn't to say that you don't matter, but remember to see the good in your life that outweighs the bad. Remember to choose love, choose a kind word, and choose hope rather than stew in negative emotions of anger and frustration.
Do what you can, and start with what you have. Acknowledge it, and appreciate it because someone else might be praying for the simple things you have in your life.
