I really enjoyed The Man with a Clock in His Head A Short Story, especially the part where Mark realizes his hands are covered in blood under the spotlight. That moment was so chilling and powerful. Did you intend for the blood to be more symbolic or a literal part of the scene?
          Was the blood meant as symbolism or reality?
