I’m officially on my end of term holidays from tomorrow, so (and I actually mean it) the next chapter of Bleeding Heart will be coming some time this weekend (UK time) <3
I’m so sorry! I promised to update Bleeding Heart yesterday, but I’ve been too busy to go over the chapter.
I’m going on a photography trip tomorrow so I might be able to go over it on the bus ride there (hopefully if I’m not too tired). If so, it’ll be up by tomorrow evening, if not, it will be out by Monday :)
Adolescence is 100% a must watch, especially for my fellow English people. I’ve known a lot of boys just one incident away from being Jamie and that needs to be dealt with to protect us girls. Glad this show is starting conversations, especially in government.
Yeah I’m 100% going back and editing act 1&2 of Bleeding Heart when I’m done with act 2 because the introduction of Daeron as a 16 year old has completely messed up the already ridiculous HoTD timeline so I need to adjust it to my liking for the story lol
Old conservative men fear mongering over trans people is ridiculous. Claiming that trans people are using their identity to get around the law is so ridiculous. The government and laws do not take trans people seriously, so no trans people cannot just ‘change their gender’ to get around convictions (coming from someone with a trans sister who is not a criminal who still has to jump through hoops to be recognised as a woman). They feed their own prejudice with fictionalised ‘what ifs’ that they tell as if they’re true.
These people use the exact same rhetoric that was used against gay, lesbian (and bisexual) people in the 70s, 80s and 90s etc. it’s infuriating to see England come so far on queer rights but still letting down trans people in the same way they let us down back then.
