Bien, vi el primer capitulo, bueno, no se mucho de dragones, pero, podrías poner rivales al protagonista, digo, alguien que descubra que es dragon y lo quiera denunciar, matar, etcétera, el puede ser un personaje del colegio, también algun tipo de bully, o lo contrario, amigos, podemos tomar el ejemplo anterior pero con la diferencia de que... no se, a esa persona le gustan los dragones y se hace gran amigo del protagonista, o también el prota puede tener una crush (Depende de cuantos años tiene) y pues se hacen amigos...
(Claro, si es que ya no ejecutaste esto ahora xD, yo solo he visto el primer capitulo)
