hey, so i dont really have anyone to help me with this and since nobody knows who i am in here so i guess its okay. So if anyone has any tips on how to stop self-harm or like an app to keep track of how many days i havent done it. idk

@the_pimp_is_ere_ i saw this alternative way for self harm...if you feel an urge to cut you can snap a rubber band on your wrist, or you can grab a piece of paper and scrible anything on it. Hopefully that works. If u wanna talk to anyone, im always open
