Failure is not FINAL, it is FORMATIVE, it is part of the process, its part of the journey. Your failure matters as much as your success. Some people have failed and decided that they are failures NO! failure is an event, it is never a person.

 Just because you failed doesn't mean that your a failure in fact with every failure comes a great lesson, lessons that will help you grow, that will help you advance. You have to fail in order to succeed. Every success stacked on top of failures. We need to realize that joy isn't in the success, the joy is in trying, the joy is in failing, that the joy is in the process.

Don't be afraid of failure, don't be afraid of trying, quitting is for the weak and being weak is not an option, you have to be strong in order to succeed. Just like you have to fail in order to learn.
