Well, if this isn’t embarrassing, then I don’t know what is.
          
          Heyo, I haven’t forgotten about this, I’ve been taunted by it for over a year now; it’s just incredibly difficult to write. Truth is, chapter 4 is what I’m blaming for stunting the story so much and delaying progress. I really don’t know where to go with it. Every time I reread them, the story just seems to have lots of holes in it and isn’t growing the way I’d like it.
          
          Don’t worry, for those of you that are still here, I’m not giving up on this story! I haven’t been too lazy with no story progress, I’ve actually been creating characters and tossing around concepts that I want to work in somehow. I’ve also been drawing a TON about Trials (and other future projects); it just helps me when I get stuck in general. 
          
          Life update: I’m in college now, and I’ve got more time than I know what to do with; plus, so many resources and people willing to help me advance with it. My editor is itching to see what’s next, and that alone inspires me to keep going and not drop the plot. I PROMISE that you’ll see progression before the year is over!! 

Okay, so here's the deal.
          
          I've been slacking HARD on these stories the past few months, which I can honestly say procrastination has been a big part of. With ACT's and scholarships crawling on my back, I kind of had a legit reason for the break, but not really.
          
          Anyways, I just posted a new story that I've had on the backburner for awhile now, and I just wanted to see where this story goes. (Trials is pretty much planned out now.) I'll try and keep up. Try. Just please hold out for Trials and this new one, which I'll be checking in on more frequently. 
          
          CHAPTER 5 IS COMING. I PROMISE. (almost a year now...)

          The first chapter is updated! I know that's not what many of you would've wanted, but I can't deal with my writing from that long ago so... yeah! Every chapter so far will be revised by the help my editor, who I'm very glad is helping me become a better writer, until the LONG awaited chapter five. It's been about 4 months now, sorry! And I'll be adding some art to accompany the chapters as well, so you'll have to deal with my art skills too. Yikes. Anyways, thanks everyone again for sticking with me this far!

          So, the fifth chapter is done, but it might take a little bit of time to have ironed out. My editor has a lot on there plate, so I wouldn't want to put on more. I'll try to fix them myself and have it out soon, but I'm not so great at polishing like they are. So please don't be too harsh on my grammar and such!
          
          I'm terribly sorry this fifth chapter has to take 3 months to get out, it's not fair to you guys! But I have been working on another story, so I haven't been completely wasting time! Thanks to those of you who still want to read my story, even if it's taken longer than it should. 

Be expecting chapter 5 very soon guys! It's been a rough month? Two months? I'm sorry, its been one of those times you know? Anyways, thanks for all your patience, and time to read to my story!

          I'm really sorry for the lack of stories, I start to write but I just end up stuck. But, I've been working with a friend to help improve the story, so I didn't just put it out of mind! After I finish writing this, I'll start on chapter 5 and hopefully have it up by the end of the week. Just know that it's gotten even better, and that I have a plan. Finally.
