          IM BACK BABY!!!
          
          equinox is guaranteed to be completed (only one more to go!!!!) and i’ll try to keep working on chasing royalty and game over :D im not sure if i’ll start any new fics; because i prefer writing stuff for genshin atm :) i dont know when i’ll start pjo fics back up? perhaps after these next few AO3 projects (a one-shot, its sequel, and a couple chapters for a longer fic). 
          
          but the good news is, im excited! :D

          I will no longer be posting Riordanverse fanfics, nor will I be posting on Wattpad… for now. I got an AO3 and I prefer it 100% to Wattpad. 
          
          If you follow my Instagram, you’ll know that I’m taking a break from the Riordanverse fandom indefinitely. I just decided it wasn’t worth it to force myself to write for something I wasn’t passionate about anymore.
          
          I might finish Equinox. I don’t know if I will.
          
          If you’re curious, my AO3 is @/ ventis_iced_coffee. I write Genshin Impact related things there, and I already have 3 works up with more along the way.

a sort of sad-ish message?
          
          Alright, so I didn’t ever really think about ever having to say this, but I might be taking a break from the riordanverse fandom.
          
          It’s not toxicity, or anything like that. I’m just generally tired of writing for it. I want to make more original content and I feel like i could sacrifice some riordanverse content to make that original content.
          
          With that being said, this is still unofficial. I don’t know if I’ll really be taking a break because I plan on rereading the series, maybe this summer? Sometime soon, but not now. I’ll probably still write some riordanverse stuff, and maybe (if i can work up the balls to lol) even some genshin stuff. I’ll be posting the first chapter of an original story sometime tonight and depending on how that goes, I’ll judge from there.
          
          Now, time to announce the two original works I’m planning.
          
          
          The first one - The No Man’s Man Band! This is what’s going up tonight. You’ll find out more about it later. ^^
          
          The second one - Ganymede! This one is still under plot construction and most likely wont be released for a while, if at all. It’s a retelling of the myth of Ganymede, Zeus’ cupbearer, and what would happen if he managed... to escape Zeus?
          
          I hope you’ll still follow my projects. It’d mean the world.

okay so uhhh
          
          So Equinox has really been blowing up lately, and I’ve had a lot of people asking for an update. 
          
          I don’t know if I’m going to be able to provide one.
          
          I started writing the fic around September of 2020, before I took my writing seriously. There are some pretty funny lines, but most of the plot points are pretty cringe and it gives me psychic damage everytime I go back to respond to comments on them 
          
          I’ve been trying for weeks now to continue the story, but I really don’t have the inspiration anymore.
          
          I know where it’s going, and I know how I want it to end. I just don’t know how to put it into words in a way that’ll make me proud, if you understand what I mean.
          
          I’m sort of a perfectionist, and I strive to make everything I write enjoyable for both me and you. 
          
          If I’m ever able to figure out a way to end Equinox, I’ll let you know. As of now, it’s officially on an indeterminably long hiatus.

I have a MASSIVE announcement!
          
          So I’ve been considering this for a while, and I think it’s finally time to announce it.
          
          I’m planning on re-writing the entirety of The Heroes Of Olympus!
          
          It’s going to be like a reeeeeaaaaaaaaaalllly long fix-it fic. I have so many ideas it’d be awful for them to go to waste. A lot of things will be changed, and hopefully that will include the stereotyped representations of certain cultures Rick included in the originals.
          
          I don’t know how long it’ll take for me to do the entire series. All I know is that this will be for fun and my benefit only. I will not be making any money off of this project whatsoever. All original characters still belong to Rick Riordan. I’m just fixing things I didn’t like, and a lot of the fandom didn’t, either.
          
          I also don’t know if I’ll end up doing all of them. The plan is to do all of them, but I don’t know if I have the dedication. Oh, well. It’s worth trying.
          
          The first chapters should release after Equinox is finished. I’ll be looking forward to seeing you then!

          Sorry for the mini-hiatus on Equinox; I just got back from vacation (spring break woohoo) and din’t have any time to write. The chapter in Silver Stake I posted earlier had been written before I left. Needless to say the last few chapters will be posted soon!

          I’m so sorry about being inactive lately and not updating the fic ): recently I’ve been really busy with real life stuff and also insta stuff, so I haven’t really given Equinox much thought.
          
          The end is in sight, though. As I’ve said, we have at most 3 chapters left until it’s finally finished. 
          
          I hope you’ll continue to follow once Equinox finishes! I have more long fics and some shorter ones/oneshots ready to post that may or may not get me killed  I’m excited for the future of this account!
          
          Okay now for real I need to go to bed. Have a great day, sleep well, drink water, and have your pets/stuffed animals/family/friends a big old hug  good night!

          so apparently equinox hit #1 in the solangelo tag? what? i had to check on two different accounts to make sure it was real and not my laptop being dumb
          
          i literally cannot believe this?????? i????? what???? like this is INSANE i wasn’t able to check the reads for a day or two and it shot up from 1k to 2.1k REAL QUICK and thats just wild to me
          
          so yeah. thank you guys so much for reading and following along.
          
          an update on equinox and where i plan on taking it: the end is in sight. i think within the next 2-3 chapters, i’ll be able to wrap it up. don’t worry, i’ll still be writing fics! i’ll mainly focus on oneshots and short stories because that’s what i like most. but i will still be continuing the longer valgrace au fic (its still untitled sadly) AND i have a longer frazel one on my instagram that, once finished, will be carried over here.
