@thebrightmoon What I like to do is look at similar books or your "competition" books and see what tags they used. You might get inspiration from that. Or you don't have to do all 20 tags at once. If you think of something while you write, you can always add another tag later. However, some readers are crazy about tags that are not truthful so make sure it's relevant to your story.
No worries. Each book is unique in its own way. What makes your story special is how you decide to write it, whether it's quick-paced or slow-paced. No matter what it is, make sure it is your genuine style. For example, I'm just starting to write a huge turning point in my story in the thirties chapter and I didn't make my female lead character show up until I think chapter 8 or something like that.
Find some hooks in your chapters that you think are interesting and promote those points as teasers. If the story is progressing in some way, quickly or slowly, you should be fine. Some scenes take a few chapters to write at least in the Wattpad world. My dance competition scenes are taking up four chapters. If you think the idea is not good...no problem, you can think about it some more to improve on the story. I know I tend to ask people random questions when I am trying out something or testing out scenarios.
