Do you mind me asking you how you bind? Some days I feel really uncomfortable with my chest when I feel more masc but I have asthma so don't know what is safe, or how to bind without a binder or tape, bandages? Thanks

@mez1309 Swimming costumes work too. If the sports bra is too tight, try getting ones in your regular size, taking out the padding, and wearing them backwards.

If you want some men's shirts, I honestly recommend going into a shop like Pennies (if you live in Ireland) and going with trial and error in the men's section until you find one that fits, and then going with those measurements.

@mez1309 Thanks. I bought a tight sports bra but the pressure from even that made my asthma bad. I sometimes wear a swimming costume under my clothes, it works a bit. I do wear baggy clothes but I really like shirts, any tips on getting one to fit right that isn't tailored for a female shape? Thanks again!

@mez1309 I'm so so sorry I didn't come back sooner.

I use a sports bra without the padding that's a size too small - one front and one back works well. GC2B is a great website to buy binders on, but if you don't have enough money or aren't in the position to buy a binder, definitely avoid tape or bandages and stick with sports bras.

Also if you're still worried about your chest, wearing baggy clothes helps. Hope this is useful and again, sorry for the late reply!
