First and foremost, congratulations to all the persons moving on to round two of the contest. Honestly if it was possible we would have crowned all writers as winners because truly you're all talented, and it was a pleasure viewing all books.
Getting to the point;
The awards has decided to eliminate one of the rounds of the contest as we are moving a bit behind time, hence we will be moving on to the voting round, where various books were nominated by the Cosmic judges and by the Cosmic Team under each special awards.
The rules were provided before, nevertheless, we will instruct you of the rules again. The list of books for the special awards will be published soon under the various categories.
Persons are to be reminded that they can only vote for a particular book ONCE. For further questions please feel free to leave a comment below or within our inbox.

@sjgbooklover limited books were submitted to the adventure genre about 7 books to be exact. Instead of having a round two for adventures we have decided to simply announce the winners at the end of the awards. Thank you for being concerned hopefully this will help your worries.

Please be reminded, the list of books given aren't the winners of the overall awards, it simply means they will be judged again by new judges and the winners will be selected from that batch of novels.
Don't loose hope if your novel wasn't selected in those genres, you still have a chance of winning in the special awards category (such as best main character, best plot, best graphics).
Congratulations to those who will proceed to the second round. We have more persons to announce soon, from the genres of Romance, Teen Fiction, Paranormal, Werewolf and Vampire and Poetry.

@oceanacamerons we already have the winners for some of the genres due to limited amount of books being accepted into the contest, these genres include Historical fiction, Action Fiction, Chicklit, Adventure Fiction, Humour and Horror. The winners will be announced at the end of the awards

Please be reminded that if you've deactivated your Wattpad account (your novel will not be found), thus you will be automatically disqualified from the competition. Please inform the awards of your decision of leaving Wattpad, so we can inform our hardworking judges, without them having to waste their precious time searching aimlessly for the books, that is disrespectful to us the Cosmic Team and our Cosmic Judges.
Let it be known, that persons who remove the hastag #thecosmicawards2019) from their novels, will be automatically disqualified, as it indicates that the participants has decided on leaving the contest. Hence, your novel will be removed from our reading list and not be judged.
