Another 365 days round the sun. Happy birthday to me.

In all my life, I never thought I'd be one to say this. But I want to take a step back. A step back from it all. A step back from the Bible. A step back from writing. A step back from a whole lot of things. From thinking, planning, routine and the like. This time, I want to chase my dreams and my true self. 
          
          Who am I behind the scenes? 
          
          Am I the girl that depicts the fruit of the spirit or just another Pharisee? Do I really want to add Christian themes to my story, or am I doing it because I feel obligated to? Am I a Christian because I genuinely want to be or because I'm afraid of going to Hell? I think the motivation behind anything a person does genuinely matters, and I'm about to set my grounds straight. 
          
          I mean, I want to be friendly and God-fearing both in public and private too. I want not to care that the person who wrote the Bible was supposedly a Freemason and instead focus on the message the Bible brings. 
          
          I want to serve God wholeheartedly rather than because I grew up a Christian. And I want to write my stories with a new purpose—to bring you the themes of God rather than quote the Bible only. When you look at life - you realise life isn't as easy as it seems at first glance. So many things to believe - the phone we use is a hindrance to the success of this generation, technology as a whole - social media, self-doubt, the rising homosexual and queer movement, and somehow finding your balance in it, all why preaching the word of God.
