@ArianaG__ That's just the problem, isn't it? You're supposed to spend money, not knowing what you're going to be spending on. The previews help, but not much. To me, Wattpad is/was a platform where writers old and new can post their stories to get positive or negative feedback in order to improve on their skill. Wattpad was never supposed to be about money.
            
            Don't get me wrong, of course I know writers spend hours creating a character and a decent story. I know it's not an easy process and I know it takes skills and discipline. But if authors want to make money with their stories, they should take it to Amazon and become published authors. Anyways it's not the authors fault, this is a great opportunity for them. I'm kinda low key annoyed with Wattpad developers. Things started going wrong with Wattpad the moment they changed the logo, multiplied ads and brought in Wattpad premium. The whole purpose of the site changed (it got so money oriented) and I guess it's just everything that started irking me all at once. I left Wattpad for a few months and only got back into it three weeks ago. I missed it so much. You just gotta know where to find the good stories! There are a few select authors that I know are REALLY good, and I would  spend my money on them in the future. But for the moment my finances are not that dapper. I'm sticking to free stories otherwise my bank balance won't make it. 

@thefandomlounge I kinda agree. Read a paid story not quite long.  You won't believe how much it cost me.  Yet,  the story ended up disappointing me.  I wanted to insult the author honestly,  it's just that I don't enjoy being confrontational.  But,  on a serious note,  she wasted my money.
