(Age 25) I'm a little (regresser and ddlg. Little age 2-4) with a beautiful service dog and both physical/psychiatric disabilities. 
I'm a horse trainer (yes even with my disabilities. Fun fact a lot of horse trainers have some form of chronic illness or disability. Some are wheelchair bound too. None of us are quitting anytime soon)
