Basically, what I think is that each of the 20-something people have the tendency to act younger. While on the other hand, people usually mistake teens for being in twenties.. (the 'people' could be my friends and that 'teens' is a reference to I, me, myself)..

@salika- OMG You couldn't be more true! When I was in my teens ppl used to say I was wiser for my age and now when I'm actually an adult... well.. let's not go there XD
