besides that hiccup the story is cool nothing ground breaking but
            
            does feel disconnected cuz there is...SO...MUCH...PADDING
            after a major story beat they send you running around Kyoto like a madman sealing up rifts and yes Normally this would be the downtime for you to relax but it happens so often it drives me crazy not to mention im Blind as a bat half of the time and get CONFUSED ALOT ON WHERE TO GO
            
            So i end up running around in circles on the ground like i was homer Simpson
            more of a ME issue
            
            it just feels like this 'downtime' mixes into the story too well to the point i can't...follow along as much?....then again i haven't fully COMPLETED SAID GAME YET so i hold off on being too critical
            
            that part about me bitching was more about misson design and again mostly my fault since i don't have good OBJECT PERMINACE APPARENTLY!
            
            anyway the game is fun and hopefully down the line this success can Bring the series back fully  and judging on how much they soled they Possibly will :F

wish they gave us a bigger word count anyway

            anyway i don't really wanna comment on the story yet and i haven't beaten it cuz i just got past the shoten Doji section
            
            but Musashi as a character is Pretty fun
            Game is goofy at times but not overbearing and Holyshit at times straight up fucking HORROR
            musashi Is a pretty cool protagonist hard headded annoyed dude who wants to fight the best because its fun till all the demons Popped up and monster mashed  his ass 
            
            somewhat has a golden heart and the rivalry he has with ganryu is very interesting {im trying not to spoil cuz ya know yall are possibly still playing it}
            
            He seems to be like a annoying gnat but later down the line he becomes a wakeup call for Musashi 
            
            my problem with the story is
            The game is clearly trying to paint the whole
            "I CAN BEAT THESE DEMONS THE RIGHT WAY THE MIGHT OF THE SWORRRRRD!!!" with Musashi not wanting to use the gauntlet
            
            .....Then explain why he isn't complaining as much he kinda rolls his eyes sighing and goes like "fine" but he never....COMPLAINS fully about it?
            
            i had the excuse that maybe he's afraid when revealed taking the gauntlet off will kill him? and he only goes alone to gain souls to heal himself then takes off the gauntlet idk
            
            I JUST WISH the story would let Musashi COMPLAIN about the gauntlet more but im guessing they were afraid about him being too bitchy? 
            why im confused because when you beat shoten doji and get **REDACTED**
            he admits the reason how he got **REDACTED** is because he fully EMBRACE THE GAUNTLET

            this one im....kinda disappointed in? and adds to the factor why it feels like a 9ish 8 out of ten
            
            Musashi gets 
            
            Issen Counter chain Self explanatory 
            Iseen counter when you trigger it can chain to Alot of gema 
            and reflex dodge attack 
            Bassically if you perfect dodge enough you will fill a icon and once fully filed and you do another perfect dodge you can do a Big Counter that does Decent or big damage
            Blazing state where musashi's sword is on blue fire and allows him to get more blue souls on the field to charge your Oni auguments the sword gets charges off of parries 
            
            and....that's....kinda it
            The upgrades are the standared
            Issen counter chain 1 and 2 where it gets extended
            then issen counter chain Power 1 and 2....it....gets more damage
            Then reflex dodge has Power 1 and 2
            and more attacks added to the counter {{like more strikes i like this one}}
            
            The bow can be charged up to a third time and The skill to reduce charge is actually pretty fast
            
            im a tad...Bit disappointed because im a guy who wants a lot of things added to my kit....instead of
            
            Power increase
            2 percent more health when does that
            ECT ECT 
            
            But then i thought about it this game already Offers ALOOOT of gameplay elements i just Listed....and the stuff might not be NEW but it Adds to the kit and Improves Musashi alot so although a BIT DISAPOINTED its alright 
            
            The boss fights

            boss fights are so fucking fun in this game
            and the cinimaticness of the cutscenes when in combat and seeing how musashi Moves is so so Beautiful its On pair for crimsion desert for me

            Gameplay:5/5 possibly 4/5 Now im gonna admit its unreliable idk How to feel about gears 5 Gameplay but i remember i had a blast with it and it Carried me through the storymode unlike Gears 4 {{fun fact when i went to replay gears 4 i stopped at act 4 why? well because i was so damn done with it i never continued it Till the last few days}} so il add to it when i play

            fucking horrible i wanna say more but i just finished it and insanely pissed off/Stressed out so il come back in a few days....Fuck this game's story

            i won't get into gears 3 spoilers so il say one thing
            
            the lambet are not fun or satisfying to fight at all
            their gore isn't...really Gorey and i know they are techically this but
            there a watered down version of the locust Fun/spoopy in narrative But gameplay There annoying and not that satisfying to fight 
            
            especially the Dredges Rip off la plaga Evolution crap 
            and again gears 3's combat is smooth fast and executions are ruthless this time around
            
            but the Longshot no longer getting ammo from crates? 
            sooo damn dumb il just use the Bolter and gnasher along with the lancer 
            
            and the last thing with all of the gears games
            
            
            Fuck their checkpoint system
            seriously hope that gets improved in E-day {Or gears 4 or 5 idk if it has changed cuz im still on gears 3}

            yeah that's the bs part of exclusives 
            but im doing a marathon 
            finished reloaded a few days ago and finshed Gears 2 hours ago
            
            Reloaded Fun to see marcus's story from the start BUT clunky everything felt slow stiff like in a constant slow motion i won't see myself replaying that as often
            also no bots in multiplayer killed alot of the replayablity for me
            
            Gears 2 was Faster more smooth but had a SHIT ton of Gimmicky slow parts
            stay on the moving rig,Ride the centaur,,Ride a Reaver {fun but still}
            Gunplay was again faster and more fun and had alot OF FUN popping heads with a longshot {{i swear i Hit some of their heads but it didn't register so i kinda raged at that}} also was cool to down locust grunts use them as Shields snapping there necks Or just plain old curb stomping them 
            
            and like i said before the deaths shocked me when i was younger and weirdly tai's felt slower for me as a kid but when i replayed it....it was weirdly like a bandage Like i didn't even register his suicide...weird
