Cause I finished the books two days ago and err...I didn't see anything" It isn't clearly shown in the books or movie, but it's mentioned in OOTP movie... sirius and harry at the station and sirius mentioned marlene to harry "Marlene McKinnon, she was killed two weeks after this was taken, they got her whole family".. so that's where the whole fandom of Blackinnon starts. hope this helps! :)
