It's starting to be a while, and I could pull out a thousand lame excuses to clear my name, but what's the point? The damage is done, as they say, and my consistency—or lack thereof—has struck again.
Yet, despite my chronic vanishing acts, the story just officially celebrated its very first anniversary, crossing the 20,000 views mark along the way. To be completely honest with you, it's mind-blowing to me. Seeing that this Male Insert continues to captivate you and that some dedicated readers have noticed the evolution of my writing... let's just say it strokes my ego way more than it should. Thank you for that.
Taking a look at the votes for Trizz's fate, I saw the verdict: the IF Wrath / Vainglory route came out on top. Interesting choice, you bunch of sadists. Honestly, between us, I would have recommended the Greed / Sloth path, which had quite a tasty dynamic, but the people have spoken. Don't worry, I won't forget it, and I'm keeping that option saved for him somewhere in the future.
For tonight, my original plan was to publish the 3rd chapter focused on Trizz's past—or rather, our dear Liddell. But you know what? A thought crossed my mind: would you be down for a special interrogation-style chapter? A format where we'd go through each camp, each faction, and even the Witches, to break down their exact perception of Trizz and Subaru?
