My name is Kane. I grew up in a small town in the upstate of South Carolina, a place that quietly inspired my imagination long before I ever realized it. I started writing as a kid, creating my own characters inside my favorite comic book universes and crafting stories that let me live inside those worlds. I've always had a love for horror books, movies, and anything that could make your skin crawl in the best way possible.

As I got older, my writing slowed down, but my curiosity for the strange and unexplained only grew stronger. I became deeply interested in paranormal and supernatural research, as well as true crime, trying to understand the darkness that exists both in the real world and the world we can't see.

Eventually, I found myself drawn back to storytelling. Taking inspiration from Stephen King and other masters of atmosphere-driven horror, I decided to create my own series set in my hometown. My goal is to build dread through atmosphere and realism rather than relying on shock alone. I blend real reports of cryptids, UFO sightings, and paranormal events into my fiction to give each story a sense of authenticity, and to blur the line between what's real and what's imagined.

While horror will always be my first love, I hope to branch out into other genres such as fantasy, mystery, and more, exploring different worlds and styles while keeping that same attention to mood, realism, and atmosphere that drives my writing.
