hi, i know it's been a while, but i just wanted to start something of a discussion before i go all-in with updating.
          	
          	 does anyone else feel like wattpad isn't what it used to be? i feel like all the genuinely good content and talented authors have become lost in a sea of cliches that i no longer care for. 
          	
          	it makes me sad because this app used to be so great. i used to find books that i genuinely loved and writers with so much to offer. wattpad no longer feels like this major writing community anymore. 
          	
          	i might just be in my head a little, but does anyone else feel the same??

I agree! The creativity that was seen here is not the same

@thelavish I agree! It's either that all the best authors have either succumbed to clichés, or that they've slowly migrated off this platform (some of my fav authors and closest friends I made here have just left). I think a lot of it was because of monetization of certain books with the same clichés, and so a lot of brilliant authors who had truly authentic stories were disheartened (who wouldnt be) and just lost the enthusiasm that Wattpad once inspired.

hi i didn't notice that time bomb has reached 10k reads! i know i've been super inactive recently but omg, i'm so beyond grateful. thank you so much for the love and support! i'm currently in the process of rewriting existing chapters and making it so much better for you, but i cannot thank you enough!!

hi, i have covid. 
          
          just a little note to please be safe and responsible. my dad brought it home from an outbreak at work, which can't be helped. but, seeing people be disrespectful makes me so angry. take care and stay safe ❤️
