Good afternoon everyone!
I have an announcement to make. Recently, another fellow Wattpad writer shared an IG story with me: a writer who was interested in publishing their work decided to do a Google search to see if there work turned up. They discovered an original or old draft of their story on Wattpad, as well as their story on another writing platform that they had never used or been associated with.
Because of this, as well as the lack of involvement/reads with my stories, I have come to the decision that in the next few weeks I will be removing ALL of my work from any and all writing platforms I have-- including Wattpad.
This was not an easy decision, as posting here has helped me keep accountable and moving forward with writing. But I don't want my work stolen or redistributed on another website or app, causing me to lose my work and the ability to traditionally or self publish my work.
With the exception of Finn of Area-51 and maybe my poetry, all work on here will be removed. I will maintain my profile and try to do Wattpad Wednesdays, as I had originally intended to do. If you want story or writing updates, please consider following me on Facebook or Instagram ( @ the.beldams.corner) or perhaps supporting me via Ko-Fi and/or Patreon.
