I think you should do another story like the twisted at birth but with twin sisters, and one is nice and the other a snobby and the nice one got the short end of the stick and the mean snobby one is with their mafia family while the nice one is going through a shit storm with a family across the world and one of the brothers discovers the lost twin sister in a couple states over and learns she is in college and doesn't even know she has family but she has her own life and a baby girl as well
