Happy, happy birthday to the beloved birthday boy Shawn Peter Raul Mendes. You inspire so many people every day, including me. To follow their dreams and never let anyone tell you what you can or can't achieve except for you. No one knew you, but you had a talent and a passion and you took it into your own hands and learned to play guitar and sing better. Then you decided to show the world. You became the worldwide known phenomenon that you are today because of your own God given raw talent that you moulded. What I really appreciate with you is that fame hasn't changed you. You're still the same goofy, but mature, lovable, sweet, kindhearted, hilarious person you were the very day you posted your first Vine. Never change. Be with your family and friends, and keep yourself grounded. Do what you love and never let it become so hard that you cannot enjoy it anymore or that the only thing that you get from it is the fame. Although I am quite sure you will never let that happen. I am so proud to watch the numbers at every single concert grow and grow with every passing day. I am so happy for you but at the same time it's bittersweet. I might never meet you and if I do, there will be so many people around I'll be just another face in a sea of other girls who love you just as much and in as many different ways as I do. Shawn at the MMVA's was so beautiful!! AMAZING! Acoustic, live outside, Treat You Better...best show and it was in his hometown. OUR BABY IS SO BIG  ❤️ bittersweet!! BUT HE SLAYED! Love him!
