          *sucks in deep breath* YOU ARE NOT A TERRIBLE PERSON DON'T EVER SAY THAT- 
          *deep breaths* Ahem. AnYwAyS. Please be careful with your arm. And could you get your back checked with an orthopaedic? Trust me, you better do. I didn't get my back checked despite it acihnng for years. I HAD to fall down the stairs at school for Mum to take me to hospital and voila. My backbone's bent since birth, howzat? So PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE get this checked, scoliosis is a pretty common thing these days. 
          Watch something and take a rest, DO NOT go around picking things up and stuff. Says the girl who lifts fucking chairs... so I'll just shut up, hehe, me feels guilt-tripped.
