The Rolling Mat is a unique platform that brings the studio and yoga practice to you anywhere, especially outdoors to tap into our daily environment. In addition, I coordinate fun, yoga related events that will focus on well being, fellowship, team building, fitness, and nutrition. My business is also an exciting and creative addition to existing events, such as sorority/university events, bachelorette parties, corporate events, reunions, birthday parties and more!
