My bones should probably not sound like rice krispy treats at almost 20 right

I just want to eat without my brother coming up to me questioning my food choices are giving me serving sizes for things I spent years with an eating disorder I got better I got to a healthy weight and I gained 20 pounds over quarantine and now I’m getting reprimanded for eating to much but if I so mush as only eat a fruit for breakfast they all talk about putting me back on the ED watchlist
