i forgot how dramatic asian tv is but Im 20 minutes in and so far this girl's friend got chased by loan sharks in a car and the girl ended up in a hospital and got amnesia. Since the loan sharks were still after her, the girl's friend switched their identities and the girl's boyfriend died and his heart went to save this other guy's life. The other guy met the girl at the airport, but she forgot and also he saved her from a fire
