Please protect your work wattpads New update for policy has been changed just a bit and a lot of people are afraid that their work is gonna get taken down and some people have to take some other stuff down and I’m just worried about my favorite authors being targeted. I wish you luck and I hope Wattpad doesn’t mess with your work.

It’s really no problem. Glad you know I hope you protect your work so that if in a case that they do try to mess with you in someway, you’re at least you have your original works. I was just telling another author about Google Docs and if you do it through your phone it’s free but when you do it through a computer it cost money. I don’t know why it does that but it does and it is free through your phone so if you need it to keep your work safe that is a really good way to keep it safe and I’m just going around telling people about Google Docs because I wish I knew that before one of my books got taken down and I wish I was able to have that knowledge to give it to other people that are or will go through something like this and they didn’t know so I’m just reaching out.

@MellowDramatic4 Thank you so much for letting me know and for looking out for me and my books ♡ I’m aware of Wattpad’s new guidelines, and I am a little worried about some of my books too, especially since some of the content I write may not align with the updated policies. I’m hoping nothing happens to them, but I’m already planning ahead and working toward creating my own personal website where I can publish my books as well. That way, if Wattpad ever takes any action against my books, everyone will still have somewhere to read and access them. I really appreciate you reaching out and warning me. Thank you! ♡
