Anyways has anyone walked more than a mile before. This author tries to stay fit due to chronic ailments and mistaken a 7-mile trail for a smaller one. Even with my cane, I felt like dying after. Since I didn't think it was that long, I hadn't brought water so I ended being dehydrated and now I'm sore and sick in bed. My phone hadn't stored the pictures I took either ;;_;;. I think I'll stick to pilates and yoga inside my home ;;-;;
