It appears that some members of the human species don't seem to grasp the concept that DELETING YEARS' WORTH OF WORK ON A MINECRAFT WORLD ISN'T AN EFFECTIVE DISCIPLINARY METHOD. Specimen 1: https://www.quora.com/l-just-deleted-my-14-year-old-sons-7-year-old-Minecraft-world-after-he-got-only-Ds-and-Fs-on-his-report-card-He-is-now-threatening-to-call-child-services-What-should-l-do The absolute buffoons deeper down into the replies are helping either. Honestly, in no goddamn world should destroying your child's years of blood, sweat and tears be your first port of call without at least having a discussion with them to attempt to find the root cause of the issue and addressing it. At least try grounding them or just confiscating the device. I don't think CS could do anything about this, but deleting your child's Minecraft world (especially if it's a year or older) should be a last, last, LAST resort. And even then, I'd probably create a backup.Idk, I'm just going on another midnight rant, but it's genuinely pissing me off how some people instantly dismiss forms of creative expression simply because of the medium they're presented in. Sincerely, A dude who's played the game for 8 years
