Hi everyone! How are you all? It’s been a while. Looking back, I find a lot of things I wrote to be cringe and not something I would encourage in real life. Therefore, I took down my book. Hopefully, one day I’ll write something I’ll be proud of. That being said, I am still proud that I wrote a 500-page book when I was 19 and tackled sensitive topics with responsibility. Now that I’m closer to 24, I realize that toxic male leads who are mean and play push-and-pull games should not be romanticized, and female characters being pushovers who take it all silently is not always okay. I think we all learn as we grow, and when you know better, you should do better :) Hopefully I will be able to write something soon! Till then take care <3

I think we’ve all been in similar positions. Our mindsets when we are younger cling onto what we are exposed to and what is popular… unfortunately those popular tropes are usually things that should not be romanticized. Awareness is key so we can change what we produce and consume. I think writing is great because it allows us to explore these topics that we wouldn’t agree with in real life, but I also believe that we take on what we are exposed to—even if it’s subconsciously—so creating works that address issues differently is what is needed for change and growth. I can’t wait to read what you come up with next!!! Maybe you’ll even be able to rewrite your book with a new perspective <3
