I really want to say something ominous like "I always thought I'd go to a mental hospital for suicide not homicide" but I just know someone would take that seriously

So, I'm a cancer and I have three pretty close online friends. Two of which are also cancers. I feel like I'm in some kind of conspiracy, but idk abt the third friend so maybe there's still hope
