Hi thistleblue

I came across Ire and I just wanted to say how quietly powerful it felt. There is something in the tone that stays with you even after you stop reading. The line "Man's greatest folly is the expectation of reality to be any kinder." really settled in my mind. It feels like the heart of the story and it gives everything a deeper weight.

I also noticed how you build emotion slowly. The tension does not rush and that makes the relationships feel more real. The mix of restraint and intensity is not easy to write but you handled it in a way that feels honest. It made me want to keep reading even when very little was happening on the surface.

At the same time, it feels like a story that deserves more attention than it is getting right now. The depth is there, the feeling is there, but it seems like it has not reached as many readers as it could. Sometimes the quieter stories are the ones people miss, even when they are the ones that stay the longest.

I am just someone who appreciates writing like this and I wanted to reach out because it felt worth saying. Are you open to a short conversation sometime

Also, have you published any of your work on Amazon or Goodreads

@thistleblues Hey, I’m really glad you’re open to a conversation I’d genuinely enjoy that.

And honestly, that makes Ire even more interesting to me knowing you’re still early in the process. I’ll admit I’m still trying to fully grasp parts of it, but even so, What you’ve written already has a strong sense of direction and emotional weight, which isn’t something people usually stumble into it’s clearly intentional, even if progress feels slow right now.

I’d also love to continue this somewhere a bit easier for back-and-forth. Do you have another place you prefer to chat? I’d also love to continue this somewhere a bit easier for back-and-forth. Do you have another place you prefer to chat ?

Have you thought about any approach or strategy for getting your work in front of more readers when you’re ready?

@lohdgdgh I appreciate your enthusiasm, though I have only just started with Ire. Though sure, I'd love to have a conversation sometime.
I have not published anything yet, I was hoping to start with Ire, though the progress is slower than expected due to a currently packed schedule.
