Hey all, haven't properly logged in for years but just wanted to mention I have just unpublished and/or deleted the works on my profile.
Other than my not particularly liking them, the recent news with paramount seeking story ideas from wattpad, I wanted to make sure anything I had published was no longer available to them.
If you are reading this and you are an author please consider moving your stories to another site if you want, as wattpad will likely change the terms of service (if they haven't already) so that authors will not get credit or at least pay if stories are used. *I am not telling anyone to stop using wattpad*, but just putting it out there if anyone was unaware.
I will not be deleting my account for history reasons but I don't intend to use it again, as I don't interact with fanfiction in the same way as I used to.(Different fandoms, tend to only read T ratings, etc) This isn't really a surprise as I have been inactive for years, but figured I should mention it.
