well, for book covers there are some people in the clubs who will make them for you. all you have to do is click on clubs, look to the right, and scroll down until you see a section that says "Book Cover" and a little caption underneath. click on that. some of them would teach you how to make one, others will advertise their "business" of making book covers. whatever you want to do is your choice. also if you decide to let someone make the cover for you, you'll most likely have to fill out a form they provide so they can easily make a cover for you.
