@i_am_very_much_sane thank u  I know relapse is a important part of recovery but I’ve been trying to stop for over a year now, I’m debating whether or not to tell my parents because I really don’t want to imagine how they would react. But I feel like I should get a therapist to help me with this, what do you think?

You’ve proved your strength to yourself, and even if you have to start all over again, both you and I know that you’ll get there again. 3 months is a long time, so be proud of yourself!
