Oh my God.  My heart actually broke.  I screamed at the screen for an hour.  It's not fair!!!  You did an amazing job at writing a story and you will succeed as a writer, this I'm sure of.  I loved (well actually hated) how you ended the story, bringing it back full circle.  Very well done.  Now I've gotta grab another box of Kleenex.  =)
