           Hi,
          I started reading your new story and its good! I would say respectfully if I may, the lions are in Heaven and them trying to strangle each other would be hard if they are already in Heven and deceased. They wouldn’t feel pain either. 
           May I suggest, having the lions who you want to be able to feel pain have some sort of spell or curse or power on them that makes them impervious to be able to NOT feel pain.

@itsallpartoftheshow   Actually I wanted to let you know That I mad nala from the lion king and sasha. from all dogs go to heaven Characters who have humanity In them and can feel anything In a little twist. And what was your favorite part?
