Jerze and Magnus are two orphans, they both grew up alone. The only difference is that Jerze was "adopted" by a old man in the faroe islands. Magnus grew up in the streets of Sweden.
Years later, in England, Jerze had a baby. She didn't have a job, didn't finish school and had no money for raising this kid. She was caught stealing and she decided to leave her baby in an orphanage. She was released from the jail because of her good behavior, and there she met Magnus, who was in the same prison. They both become inseparable. Every year their crimes become more and more serious. They ended up being two of the best hitmans in Europe.
Tian, is a police officer who is trying to catch them. Everything changes when a strange man, Luke, hired them to retrieve an old manuscript in Sweden and Tian follows them. When the two criminal are trying to stole the manuscript, they were trapped by the same man who hired them. Jerze is the first in waking up and she fighted Luke, but the man they were about to stole, Wednesday Alford, helps Luke to calm her down and explains her that she is no common human. She is the daughter of Freya, the goddess of love, and Magnus was the son of Thor. She freaked out and looked for Magnus so they could leave that place, but Freya took her in her arms and she felt it was true.
Jerze explained the same to Magnus, and then they find out Luke was the god Loki, and Wednesday was Odin. Thor appeared and with the help of Freya they told their children why they were sent to Midgard.
The Ragnarök once a long time ago started, but they stopped it and Loki promised to extend the end as longs as he could. The gods accepted and they put him a collar that keeps him from using destructive magic.
