hello everyone!
          	
          	i recently had a few comments on my AO3 posting of Contingency with ai accusations. i wanted to take the time to urge everyone to read up about ai in creative spaces. many fanfic authors pour their heart and soul into their works only for ai trainers to take it and use as training material for their technology. that is why many ai outputs can sound "fanficy" (if that's a word). 
          	
          	these comments definitely hurt my feelings a bit, as i've spend countless hours writing, editing, and re-writing these fics, so i really wanted to use this opportunity  to encourage everyone to read up on ai. as a librarian in my professional life (surprise! of course i am!) there are several amazing researchers, like Carroll and Borycz, that have posted about ai and how it works, so please please read up if you can! 
          	
          	in the meantime, i really hope you guys are enjoying Contingency so far! currently, i'm halfway through chapter 38 with plans to finish at about 59 or 60 (this will be longer than the others, i'm just not sure how much longer yet) and in the middle of editing chapters 15-20.

@ timeless_love260  These accusations are not okay...AI detectors are not always correct and assume a human written text is AI generated. I read those comments on AO3 and honestly it seems like ragebait. Just because they are anonymous does not mean that they can be rude to someone who works hard to write such an amazing book like yours. Please do not take their words to heart! I love your work and Saedii's adventures I am looking forward to more content! ^^

Hey, so this might be a dumb question, but is there any way I can get my hands on the remaining chapters of your bad batch ff? My friend is currently in the ICU and we're not sure she's gonna make it. Our favorite pastime was reading star wars fanfics together, and this is one we started just before she went to the hospital. I just want to be able to read it to her, if that's ok. tysm
