@keiyani  That's a good idea. Also I was thinking that I could have it where when a team member signs in, they go to the Hiring discussion and say that they are online, then I know who is online and when a request comes in,  I will assign a person to it from who is online at the moment.

I have a suggestion for how we divide the work on covers. What if you have applicants specify which cover/banner maker they would prefer to make the banner/cover? That way, we know who is making what.

So how will this work? Do I just offer to take a cover? Or do we trade off?
