          Books: The Red Tent (historical fiction), Harry Potter (fantasy), The Best of Nora Ephron (non-fiction, just found her through a writing teacher), and Eudora Welty (collected short stories), My Experiments with Truth (autobiography).
          
          Movies: Virunga (documentary) comes to mind first. Ida (foreign film) was great, as was Selma. These are all on-the-spot and new. I'd have to reach back for others.

@CheriRenee Hi! That's very difficult question. I can't just pick one, there are far too many great books ;) Johnny Depp is my fav actor, so all his movies. But the hunger games, divergent and fast and furious are my top :) What about you?
