hey...um i dont know if you were joking or not. but ill assume you were serious.
          
          so, lately, i haven't been able to sleep until about 5 in the morning, but i have to wake up at 8 or 9. i have intense insomnia as well, and its taking a toll on my ability to stay awake, and function. thats not all. me and my sibling dont get along very well, so the constant fighting is really getting to me now. i really dont feel worth it anymore, i skip meals all the time now. i get agitated easily. im thinking of running away, and heading to the mountains...idk. i just really need some emotional stability in my life right now.

            I can't say I can help you much with the stress, I don't even know how to deal with my small amount of stress, but Sport is supposed to be good for that. 
            For example go for a walk or a short jog in the evening, any aerobic exercises (like Jogging, sprinting, weight lifting ect)
            It's good for stress relief and can help with sleeplessness, can't make any guarantees though.
            If you don't want to that's totally fine though, I actually say I'm gonna do more sport a lot buuuuut I'm too much of a potato so yeah, heh heh
