I can't say I can help you much with the stress, I don't even know how to deal with my small amount of stress, but Sport is supposed to be good for that.
For example go for a walk or a short jog in the evening, any aerobic exercises (like Jogging, sprinting, weight lifting ect)
It's good for stress relief and can help with sleeplessness, can't make any guarantees though.
If you don't want to that's totally fine though, I actually say I'm gonna do more sport a lot buuuuut I'm too much of a potato so yeah, heh heh
