The hyperfixation ive had on and off for multiple yeara forcing its way back into my life moment

Went to water park
          Walked 15 ish miles around the entire place and went on multiple rides multiple times and did the wave pool about 30 times
          Come home tired with sore feet
          Accidentally fall asleep
          Wake up
          Everything below the waist hurts like hell and walking is pain.
