In the last 2 years, as my updates started slowing down, I found myself losing flow; losing inspiration and passion for writing. Eventually, as you all are well aware, I went on a hiatus that unexpectedly lasted over a year. In that year I was gone I checked Wattpad occasionally—reading comments left on my stories and engaging with readers, caught up on a few of my favorite creators' announcements and stories and desperately tried piecing together stories of my own to publish for you guys. But by the time I started writing the plot to a new story the light that initially sparked inspiration inside me quickly stoked and I would lose all interest again, repeating a depressive cycle that would always end with me uninstalling Wattpad for months at a time.
Even now, after publishing a few stories on all three of my works in the last few months, I still found it difficult to keep momentum. I try reading webtoons, watching shows and movies, and even reading other Wattpad stories but the inspiration just isn't there for me. But recently I felt compelled to reread a couple of my own stories that I remembered getting great feedback on from you guys, and one story in particular sparked something in me. It was such a great plot with multiple rounded characters that were relatable and story arcs that were so immersive that I think I'm going to step back from writing Imagines and focus on writing one main story (obviously fanfic lol).
I'll let you guys speculate and guess which SVT Imagine I'm about to turn into a full-blown fanfic book.
Until then, thank you for taking the time to read my announcement and I promise I will be back better than ever with the first chapter of a fun, detail-filled SVT fanfiction novel!
love you all! xoxo
