@deostarbi i the filters black & white by fleviurs and faRRrr by cchocolattle. everything else I do in picsart. after i add the filter i start with halftone dots set at normal, point size 6, depending on how blinding white it makes the picture i’ll adjust the contrast, and fade 25. then i stack motion onto it i set it at darken, hue 0, distance 25, angle 50, noise 0, and fade 25. lastly i stack blur set at normal and bring it to 2. if there’s a face that’s not an idol or anything i blur that out on a separate layer. hope this helps <3
