What do I do about self harm? It's not about trying to kill myself, I just want relieve. Things have been tough lately, and it's just hard. I keep having thoughts about self harm and idk what to do.

I love how my actual stories have less reads combined than my rant book that I didn't even think anyone would read but it had almost 200 reads.
